Information from Magazine Subscribers We request specific information from you when you subscribe to one of our print or digital magazines. This includes contact information (like name and shipping address, and email address in the case of a digital edition). This information is used to fill your subscription order. If we have trouble processing an order or your print magazine is returned by the postal service, any contact information that you have provided is used to get in touch with you. In order to fulfill your subscription, your name and contact information are seen by the individuals or companies that process our mailings. These individuals and companies have, under Canadian law, agreed not to retain, share, store, or use this information for another purpose. When your subscription is near to expiration and/or has expired, we will use the contact information you have provided (name, shipping address, and/or email address) to inform you that it is time to renew your subscription You may also periodically be informed by mail or email about new products, services or upcoming events offered by Life Media. Information from Book Purchasers When you purchase a book from Life Media via the www.NaturalLifeBooks.com website, we request specific information from you in order to fulfill your order. This includes contact information (like name, shipping address, and email address). If we have trouble processing an order or, in the case of a print book, your package is returned as non-deliverable, any contact information that you have provided beyond name and shipping address is used to get in touch with you.
